In order to reduce the pollution of waste gas and wastewater in polyester production to the environment,this article takes a polyester chemical fiber enterprise in Jiangsu as an example,studies the structures and equipment for treating waste gas and wastewater,analyzes the operation of the waste gas and wastewater treatment system,and combines the polyester production process and pollution characteristics to develop a suitable waste gas and wastewater treatment plan.This is an important measure to effectively purify waste gas and wastewater and improve the environmental protection of polyester production.
