摘要

本研究旨在开发一种高效的水体微塑料污染监测方法.通过综合运用先进技术和分析手段,建立了高效、准确的微塑料颗粒检测体系.方法包括样品采集、颗粒提取与富集、表征与鉴定等步骤,并优化了仪器参数.基于机器学习算法建立了分类模型,实现了快速可靠的微塑料污染监控.验证结果显示:该方法具有高灵敏度、选择性和稳定性,在微塑料颗粒鉴定与监测方面表现出良好性能.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an efficient method for monitoring microplastic pollution in water bodies.By integrating advanced technologies and analytical methods,an efficient and accurate system for detecting microplastic particles was established.The method includes steps such as sample collection,particle extraction and enrichment,characterization,and identification,with optimized instrument parameters.A classification model based on machine learning algorithms was developed to achieve rapid and reliable monitoring of microplastic pollution.Validation results demonstrated that the method exhibits high sensitivity,selectivity and stability,with excellent performance in microplastic particle identification and monitoring.
