Experimental Study on the Treatment of Tannery Wastewater by Bioaugmentation Technology
Bioaugmentation technology can significantly improve the treatment effect of wastewater.Before treatment,the wastewater contains high content of organic substances and heavy metal ions,and the concentration of COD and BOD5 exceeds the national emission standards.After treatment with bioaugmentation technology,the COD and BOD5 concentrations in the wastewater were significantly reduced,which met the requirements of the national emission standards.The results of this test show that bioaugmentation technology is an efficient,economical and environmentally friendly method for tannery wastewater treatment.This technology can reduce the organic substances in the wastewater and meet the requirements of national emission standards.At the same time,bioaugmentation technology can also promote the growth of beneficial bacteria in wastewater and improve the microbial environment of wastewater.Therefore,the application of bioaugmentation technology in tannery wastewater treatment has a broad application prospect.
