The massive abuse of antibiotics has caused antibiotic contamination in water bodies to become more and more serious,which poses a serious threat to human health and ecological environment,and therefore,the concern for antibiotic contamination in water bodies has been rising continuously.In this paper,on the basis of introducing the sources of antibiotics in water bodies,we discuss the pre-treatment of antibiotics and introduce the detection methods of antibiotics in water bodies,hoping to provide certain data support for monitoring the antibiotic content in water bodies and controlling antibiotic pollution.
