This article organizes and analyzes the monitoring data of acoustic environment and environmental quality in the urban area,road traffic,and functional areas of Yibin during the"13th Five Year"plan period.Based on the comparison of acoustic environment quality monitoring data during the"12th Five Year"plan period,summarize the acoustic environment quality status of the central urban area of Yibin,propose the reasons for changes in acoustic environment quality in the central urban area of Yibin,and propose noise control suggestions such as publicity,law enforcement,strict control,and optimization,providing a basis for environmental protection management departments to make noise pollution prevention and control decisions,new ideas provided for noise pollution prevention and control.
