In terms of environmental protection,China has implemented the emission permit system.As an effective management means,it can implement effective supervision on pollutant discharge enterprises and restrict their pollutant discharge.At the same time,it can also effectively enhance the environmental awareness of enterprises,so that enterprises can better combine environmental protection with their own development.Based on this,this paper analyzed the importance of environmental impact assessment under the background of pollutant discharge permit system,expounded the existing problems in environmental impact assessment,and put forward corresponding implementation measures,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
