摘要

近年来,各级政府积极推进园区突发水污染事件"三级防控"体系构建,江苏省内各园区充分吸收"南阳实践"经验,按照"以空间换时间"的总体思路率先开展三级防控建设.本文以扬州某化工园区为例,介绍了园区三级防控的建设思路及内容,为各类园区三级防控体系建设提供参考和决策依据.

Abstract

In recent years,governments at all levels have actively promoted the construction of the"three-level prevention and control"system for sudden water pollution incidents in the park.All parks in Jiangsu Province have fully absorbed the experience of"Nanyang Practice"and taken the lead in the construction of three-level prevention and control according to the overall idea of"space for time".This paper took a chemical park in Yangzhou as an example to introduce the construction ideas and contents of the three-level prevention and control in the park.It provided reference and decision-making basis for the construction of three-level prevention and control system in various parks.
