摘要
本项目采用两级隔油-混凝沉淀-气浮-水解酸化+UASB+一级AO+二级AO+MBR 工艺,处理某合成香料企业生产废水,通过长时间对运行数据进行检测,证明该工艺无需经过高级氧化工艺处理,系统出水也能稳定达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)中的三级标准要求,从而减少了运行费用.
Abstract
This project adopts two-stage oil separation-coagulation precipitation,air float-hydrolytic acidification+UASB+AO+ secondary AO+MBR process,processing wastewater from a synthetic spice enterprise,through long time running data detection,can prove that the process without using any advanced oxidation,the system water can also meet the three comprehensive sewage discharge standard(GB 8978-1996),thus reduce the operating cost.
