摘要

土壤污染既可破坏生态、污染环境,也会对动、植物及人类生存造成威胁.当前,正值中国式现代化改革之际,有必要加强土壤修复工程建设进行预防与治理.文章论述了土壤修复工程中环境有害物质及其主要危害,分析了环境有害物质检测的各个流程,并在此基础上分别从调查确认、实施监测、价值量化、损害恢复及鉴定评估结论等方面,对其损害鉴定内容进行了具体探讨.

Abstract

Soil pollution can not only damage the ecology and pollute the environment,but also pose a threat to the survival of animals,plants,and humans.At present,at the time of Chinese path to modernization reform,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of soil remediation projects for prevention and treatment.The article discusses the harmful substances and their main hazards in soil remediation engineering,analyzes the various processes of detecting harmful substances in the environment,and based on this,specifically explores the content of damage identification from the aspects of investigation confirmation,implementation monitoring,value quantification,damage recovery,and identification and evaluation conclusions.
