Study on Comparative Analysis of Pretreatment Methods for Heavy Metal Analysis in Soil by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry
Soil heavy metal pollution can appear within the soil on plant and biological cause great harm, and even affect people's normal life, therefore,it is need to be to measure and analysis of heavy metals in soil. The sample pretreatment method to accurately measure the content of heavy metals in soil is an important way, this article three kinds of soil standard substances were pretreated by graphite electrothermal digestion method, microwave digestion. The contents of metal elements in soil Cu,Zn,Pb were determined by flame atomic absorption method.Test results show that accuracy and precision meet the relevant requirements.Aimed at a variety of soil heavy metal analysis pretreatment methods of and the relative error of the determination results are compared, analyzed the advan-tages and disadvantages of each method, and provides reference for the further exploration and research of soil heavy metal detection pretreatment technology.
