Study on Carbon Emission and Environmental Impact Assessment System
At present,China has set the development goal of"carbon neutrality".Environmental impact assessment system shave been established in different regions,and different impact assessment system shave also had a significant impact on carbon emissions.In this study,the relationship model between carbon emissions and environmental impact assessment system is established,and the"carbon neutrality"scores of China provinces from 2007-2022 are empirically tested,so as to explore the dynamic evolution of regional difference environmental impact assessment system and"carbon neutrality",and provide policy basis for realizing low-carbon transformation.The results of this study show that carbon emissions are affected by environmental assessment system,and the more perfect the environmental assessment system is,the higher the level of carbon emissions is,and there is a significant correlation between carbon emissions and environmental impact assessment system.It can be seen that all provincial departments in China should strengthen the improvement of environmental impact assessment system according to the actual situation of environmental pollution in each region,so as to better complete China's carbon emission targets and achieve"carbon neutrality".
