Role and Application of Total Pollutant Amount Control in Planning Eia
As a systematic management means,the total pollutant control helps to ensure that the planning project can control the pollutant discharge during the implementation stage,so as to maintain or improve the quality of the surrounding environment.By clarifying the total amount limit of various pollutants,the planning eia can set clear environmental standards at the initial stage of the project to ensure that the environmental quality meets the national and local requirements.This paper analyzed the role of total pollutant control in environmental planning assessment,aiming at reducing the accumulation rate of pollutants in the ecosystem effectively by limiting the total amount of pollutants,so as to slow down the long-term irreversible impact on the environment.
