浅析工业园区规划环评碳排放评价要点

摘要
现代化工业发展背景下,工业园区建设规模和数量逐渐扩大,进一步推动了经济发展,但是在工业生产中排放了大量温室气体,严重危害了周边的生态环境安全.基于此,需要拓展工业园区规划环评工作的范围,使其融入碳排放评价工作,从而强化低碳环保意识,并采取合理措施控制碳排放,优化生态环境保护效果.文章主要对工业园区规划环评碳排放评价的要点进行分析,旨在进一步提高碳排放控制效果,从源头控制温室气体排放,以实现工业园区绿色化、低碳化的长远化发展.
Abstract
Under the background of modern industrial development,the scale and quantity of industrial park construction have gradually expanded,further promoting economic development,but a large amount of greenhouse gases have been emitted in industrial production,seriously endangering the surrounding ecological environment.Based on this,it is necessary to expand the scope of environmental assessment for industrial park planning and integrate it into carbon emission assessment,so as to strengthen the awareness of low-carbon environmental protection,take reasonable measures to control carbon emission and optimize the effect of ecological environmental protection.This paper mainly analyzed the key points of carbon emission assessment in the environmental impact assessment of industrial park planning,aiming to further improve the effect of carbon emission control,control greenhouse gas emissions from the source,and realized the long-term development of green and low-carbon industrial parks.
