摘要
社会经济蓬勃发展背景下,我国综合实力逐渐提升.但在各行各业升级转型的同时,各地区生态环境破坏、自然资源短缺等问题却层出不穷.想要实现人与自然和谐发展的目标,就需要相关部门充分认识到环境影响评价工作的重要性,在保证评价结果真实、有效的同时,为全过程环保管理工作的开展提供可靠依据,以此达到改善生态环境的目的.本文将结合工作实践,分析环境影响评价与全过程环保管理之间的关系,并根据环境影响评价工作现存的问题,提出几点科学合理的改进对策,进而为全过程环保管理工作有条不紊地进行奠定基础,同时充分发挥环境影响评价工作的作用和功能.
Abstract
Against the backdrop of booming socio-economic development,China's comprehensive strength has gradually improved.However,while various industries are upgrading and transforming,problems such as ecological environment destruction and natural resource scarcity are emerging in various regions.To achieve the goal of harmonious development between humans and nature,relevant departments must fully recognize the importance of environmental impact assessment.While ensuring the authenticity and effectiveness of the assessment results,reliable basis should be provided for the entire process of environmental management work,in order to achieve the goal of improving the ecological environment.Therefore,this article will combine work practice to analyze the relationship between environmental impact assessment and whole process environmental protection management,and propose several scientific and reasonable improvement measures based on the existing problems of environmental impact assessment work.This will lay the foundation for the orderly progress of whole process environmental protection management work and fully leverage the role and function of environmental impact assessment work.
