摘要
本文将围绕生态环境执法与监测的衔接联动问题开展分析,包括跟进执法效率较低、调查取证不同步,并阐述相关问题的形成原因,提出一系列针对性的治理措施,以此提高生态环境执法与监测衔接水平,从而实现生态保护的目标.
Abstract
This article will analyze the linkage between ecological environment law enforcement and monitoring,including the low efficiency of follow-up law enforcement,asynchronous investigation and evidence collection,and explain the reasons for the formation of related problems.A series of targeted governance measures will be proposed to improve the level of linkage between ecological environment law enforcement and monitoring,and achieve the goal of ecological protection.
