某工业污水厂升级改造及运行效益分析

浙江省某污水厂为所在工业园区设立的末端污水厂,主要处理园区上游印染及化工企业的预处理排水以及园区企业生活废水,提标改造规模为30 000 m3/d,处理后使其出水满足《城镇污水处理厂污水排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)[1]中一级标准的A标准.本文通过对现状工艺流程、实际运行进、出水水质水量以及运行中存在的问题进行论证分析,发现鉴于排放标准的提高,现状主体工艺的设计处理负荷已无法满足需要,仅靠增加后续深度处理单元以实现出水稳定达标不经济,故亟需选择耐冲击性强、性能稳定的脱碳脱氮工艺,尽可能在生化段将大部分COD、TN、NH3-N去除,将生化功能发挥到极致;同时在不新增用地的基础上,选择深度处理单元应采用技术先进成熟、处理效率高、占地面积少的处理工艺,并通过投加粉末炭使其具有进一步去除COD的功能,作为出水的应急保障.
Upgrading and Operational Benefit Analysis of an Industrial WWTP
A wastewater plant in Zhejiang Province is a terminal sewage plant for the industrial park established in the industrial park where it is located,mainly dealing with the upper reaches of the park printing and dyeing and chemical enterprises of the pre-treatment of drainage water and park enterprises living wastewater,upgrading the scale of 30 000 m3/d,the treatment of its effluent to meet the"urban wastewater treatment plant wastewater discharge standards"(GB 18918-2002)[1]in the first level of standards A standards.Through the current process,the actual operation of inlet and outlet water quality and quantity as well as the operation of the problems have been demonstrated and analyzed,in view of the improvement of the discharge standards,the current main process of the design of the treatment load has been unsatisfactory,relying only on the increase in the subsequent depth of the treatment unit in order to achieve the stability of the effluent standard is not economical,so it is necessary to select the impact resistance,stable performance of the decarbonization and denitrogenating process,as far as possible in the biochemical section of the majority of the COD,TN,NH3-N removal in the biochemical section as far as possible,to play the ultimate biochemical function;at the same time,on the basis of not adding new land,the selection of depth treatment unit should adopt advanced and mature technology,high treatment efficiency,small footprint treatment process,and through the addition of powdered charcoal so that it has a further removal of COD function as an emergency guarantee for the effluent.
