摘要
随着城市化进程的加速,城市污水处理的问题逐渐受到人们的重视.为了打好污染防治攻坚战,我们需要加大城市污水处理基础设施工程建设,持续改善城镇人居环境,提升城市形象和促进经济发展.本文基于项目管理相关工作经验,阐述污水处理改扩建工程项目管理的重难点和过程管理的经验,并对试运行管理和调试经验进行了探讨,以期为相关领域的研究和实践提供有益的参考.
Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization,the problem of urban sewage treatment has gradually received attention.In order to fight the battle against pollution prevention and control,we will increase the construction of urban sewage treatment infrastructure projects,continue to improve the urban living environment,enhance the image of the city and promote economic development.Based on the relevant work experience of project management,this paper expounded the key difficulties and process management experience of sewage treatment reconstruction and expansion project management,and discussed the trial operation management and commissioning experience,in order to provide useful reference for research and practice in related fields.
