摘要
随着工业化的发展,近几年碳排放量越来越大,对大气环境造成了污染.在此环境下,国家提倡绿色生态环保的发展理念,要求有关企业通过先进的技术减排节能,在提升排放效率的同时,尽可能减少对周边环境产生的污染.本文分析了碳排放与污染物的环境影响特征,详细剖析了环境影响特征对工业集聚的不同约束,并在此基础上提出合理的应对策略,希望为工业集聚及工业化发展过程中减污降碳和绿色环保的实现提供参考借鉴.
Abstract
with the comprehensive arrival of the industrial era,in recent years,carbon emissions is more and more big,brought serious pollution to atmospheric environment,under the premise of national development concept of green ecological environmental protection,requires the relevant enterprises through advanced technology to reduce energy saving,while improving emission efficiency,as far as possible to reduce pollution to the surrounding environment.This paper analyzed the environmental impact characteristics of carbon emissions and pollutants,and analyzed the different constraints of environmental impact characteristics on industrial agglomeration in detail.On this basis,it put forward reasonable coping strategies,hoping to provide reference for the pollution and carbon reduction and the realization of green environmental protection in the process of industrialization development.
