量子级联激光光谱技术在大气环境检测中的运用分析

摘要
基于气体检测技术的发展现状对量子级联激光光谱技术的特点进行了阐述与分析,介绍了应用量子级联激光光谱技术所构建的大气环境下气体光谱检测装置,分别对装置的运行原理及处理方式进行了分析,并以甲烷与甲醛等气体为例,对大气环境下上述气体吸收光谱进行了采集、模拟与分析,对气体的浓度值变化情况进行了相应统计,从而得到量子级联激光光谱技术在大气环境中应用的相关结论.
Abstract
Based on the development status of gas detection technology,the characteristics of quantum cascade laser spectroscopy technology were described and analyzed.The gas spectrum detection device in atmospheric environment based on quantum cascade laser spectroscopy technology was introduced,and the operation principle and treatment methods of the device were analyzed respectively.taking methane and formaldehyde as examples,the absorption spectra of the above gases in atmospheric environment are collected,simulated and analyzed,and the changes of gas concentration values were counted accordingly,so that quantum cascade laser spectroscopy technology can be applied in atmospheric environment accordingly.
