With the rapid development of economy,industrial parks have become an important carrier of local economic development.However,the development of industrial parks is accompanied by a series of environmental problems.In order to protect the environment and protect people's health,it is necessary to plan and manage industrial parks scientifically.Planning EIA is an important means to prevent environmental pollution,but there are some problems in practice,such as unclear evaluation criteria and unscientific evaluation methods.Therefore,we need to find more scientific,reasonable and effective guidance methods.This paper aims to explore the application of"three lines and one order"in the environmental impact assessment of industrial park planning,with a view to providing more scientific,reasonable and effective guidance for the environmental impact assessment of industrial park planning.
