Practical Strategy of Environmental Monitoring in Ecological Environment Protection
From the perspective of environmental monitoring,this paper discusses the important role of environmental monitoring in environmental quality assessment,pollution source identification and policy implementation.This paper first expounds the concept and classification of environmental monitoring,and clarified the necessity of environmental monitoring.The countermeasures to strengthen environmental monitoring are discussed,it mainly includes:First,to improve the relevant laws,policies and standards,make it do a better job;Second,to strengthen the update of monitoring equipment and equipment,optimize the layout and management of the monitoring network,improve the accuracy,efficiency and coverage of monitoring;Third,strengthen the integration and sharing of environmental information,enhance public participation and supervision,improve the precision of environmental policies and public trust.On this basis,put forward the countermeasures of"three management and one policy",that is,to strengthen the"three prevention"training,Increase the intensity of the"three prevention";To strengthen China's international cooperation and exchanges,draw lessons from the foreign advanced experience,promote the international development of China's environmental monitoring cause.
