摘要
本文介绍了信息化管理生态补偿机制在农业面源污染治理中的实践与成效.采用先进的信息化技术,对农业面源污染进行监测、评估和预警,同时结合生态补偿机制,可以实现对农业面源污染的有效治理.实践证明,该机制在提高治理效率、降低治理成本、促进农业可持续发展等方面具有显著成效.
Abstract
This paper introduces the practice and effect of information management ecological compensation mechanism in the control of agricultural non-point source pollution.By adopting advanced information technology,monitoring,evaluating and early warning of agricultural non-point source pollution,and combining with the ecological compensation mechanism,the effective control of agricultural non-point source pollution is realized.Practice has proved that this mechanism has achieved remarkable results in improving governance efficiency,reducing governance cost and promoting the sustainable development of agriculture.
