摘要
环评是对建设项目实施后可能造成的环境影响进行评估,排污许可则是企业排放污染物的法定依据,两项工作的衔接和促进对于环境保护工作的有效开展具有重要意义.基于此,本文通过分析环评与排污许可两者之间的关系和相互影响,探讨如何实现其衔接和相互促进,以期为环境管理和环境保护工作提供新的思路和方法.
Abstract
Environmental impact assessment(EIA)is an assessment of the potential environmental impacts that may occur after the implementation of construction projects.Pollutant discharge permits are the legal basis for enterprises to discharge pollutants.The connection and promotion of the two tasks are of great significance for the effective implementation of environmental protection work.Therefore,this article analyzed the relationship and mutual influence between environmental impact assessment and pollutant discharge permit,explored how to achieve their connection and mutual promotion,in order to provide new ideas and methods for environmental management and protection work,for reference only.
