摘要
进入新时代,多元化格局和高速发展的经济给生态环境保护工作带来了新的挑战,所以大力创新生态环境监管模式显得尤为必要.为提高治理能力,目前各大城市都相继推出了数字化环境监管方式,采用技术化、智慧化手段,服务生态环境监管,更好地提升了生态环境监管的实效性.基于此,分析生态环境监管数字化转型的必要性和生态环境数字化监管的具体应用,并结合现阶段生态环境监管数字化转型过程中存在的问题,提出行之有效的生态环境监管数字化转型路径.
Abstract
In the new era,the diversification situation and the rapid development of the economy have brought new challenges to the ecological environment protection work,so it is particularly necessary to vigorously innovate the ecological environment supervision model.In order to improve governance capacity,major cities have successively launched digital environmental supervision methods,using technical and intelligent means to serve ecological environmental supervision,and better enhance the effectiveness of ecological environmental supervision.Based on this,this paper analyzed the necessity of digital transformation of ecological environment supervision and the specific application of digital transformation of ecological environment supervision,combined with the existing problems in the process of digital transformation of ecological environment supervision at the present stage,and propose an effective digital transformation path of ecological environment supervision.
