Application of Ecological Environment Zoning Control Results in Planning Environmental Impact Assessment
In order to further implement and implement the development requirements of environmental planning,it is of great significance to carry out planning environmental assessment based on ecological zoning control.Taking the main work content of ecological zoning control as the starting point,the paper analyzed the work characteristics of ecological zoning control and its impact on planning EIA.Taking an economic development district in Huainan City,Anhui province as an example,this paper expounded the application of ecological zoning control results in planning EIA from the aspects of regional overview analysis,ecological protection red line,environmental quality bottom line,resource utilization ceiling,access negative list,and pollution emission control,in order to provide reference for practitioners in relevant units.
