摘要

随着我国工业的不断发展,产生了大量高浓度含盐废水,这类废水的来源和组成不同,成分复杂,难以降解且排放量大,给当前废水处理行业带来了极大的挑战,因此高盐度废水处理及资源化利用技术是水处理的一个重要发展方向.本文介绍了高盐度废水的主要来源及水质特点,并以某石化基地高盐废水处理工程为例,重点对高盐废水的预处理、生化处理、深度处理等工艺技术的特点进行了系统地讨论,从而确保出水在主要指标满足排放的同时,力求高效节能、节约用地、操作管理方便,满足运行需要.

Abstract

With the continuous development of national industry,a large amount of high concentration saline wastewater has been generated.This type of wastewater has significant differences in source and composition,complex composition,difficult degradation,and large discharge,which poses great challenges to the current wastewater treatment industry.Therefore,high salinity wastewater treatment and its resource utilization technology is an important development direction in environmental water treatment.This article introduces the main sources and water quality characteristics of high salt wastewater.Taking a high salt wastewater treatment project in a petrochemical base as an example,the article focuses on a systematic discussion of the technical characteristics of pre-treatment,biochemical treatment,and deep treatment of high salt wastewater,ensuring that the main indicators of the effluent meet the discharge requirements while striving for high efficiency,energy conservation,land conservation,convenient operation and management,and meeting operational needs.
