摘要
本文围绕生态文明建设,探讨了生态环境保护与自然资源管理之间的紧密联系以及在该框架下存在的问题.通过对全面贯彻新发展理念、提升全民族环保意识、加强法治体系建设和科学技术应用等方面的建议,构建了生态文明背景下的自然资源管理模式.全文强调了在可持续发展的理念下平衡资源开发与生态环境保护、经济发展与生态平衡、自然资源利用与社会发展之间的关系,为构建和谐共生的现代社会提供了理论指导和实践路径.
Abstract
Centering on the background of ecological civilization construction,this paper discusses the close connection between ecological environment protection and natural resource management and the existing problems under this framework.Through the suggestions on the comprehensive implementation of the new development concept,the promotion of environmental awareness of the whole nation,the construction of the legal system and the application of science and technology,the natural resource management mode under the background of ecological civilization is constructed.The full text emphasizes the balance between resource development and ecological environment protection,economic development and ecological balance,natural resource utilization and social development under the concept of sustainable development,and provides theoretical guidance and practical path for the construction of a harmonious modern society.
