摘要
自党的十八大以来,我国大力推进生态环境保护工作,并协调推进"四个全面"战略布局,全力打好污染防治攻坚战,改善生态环境质量,提高人民群众生活的幸福感.而环境监测管理对环境保护起着重要的技术支持、监督与服务作用,是保障环境质量的重要因素,因此加强环境监测管理是生态环境建设的主要工作.基于此,本文主要探讨环境监测质量管理的重要意义,以及环境监测的主要特点,并根据环境监测管理的基本现状,探究在新形势下如何落实环境监测质量管理,加大质量管理力度,构建生态和谐发展型社会.
Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has vigorously promoted ecological and environmental protection,coordinated the implementation of the"Four Comprehensives"strategic layout,and made every effort to do a good job in pollution prevention and control,improve the quality of the ecological environment,and enhance the happiness of the people's lives.Environmental monitoring and management play an important role in technical support,supervision,and service for environmental protection,and are important factors in ensuring environmental quality.Therefore,strengthening environmental monitoring and management is the main task of ecological environment construction.Based on this,this article mainly explores the important signif icance of environmental monitoring quality management,as well as the main characteristics of environmental monitoring.Based on the basic status of environmental monitoring management,it explores how to implement environmental monitoring quality management,strengthen quality management efforts,and build an ecological harmonious development society in the new situation.
