摘要
在环保部门的工作中,环境监测占有十分重要的位置,为环保部门的环保改造提供了精确的资料,并在此基础上,提出了一种基于环境监测的低碳经济绩效评价方法.文章简要探讨了低碳经济、环境监测与环保问题,分析了低碳经济条件下的环保监管需求,探讨了环保与环境监测之间的关系,并就低碳经济背景下的环保问题提出了相应对策,从而为我国的可持续发展提供参考.
Abstract
In the work of the environmental protection department,environmental monitoring occupies a very important position,which provides accurate data for the environmental protection transformation of the environmental protection department.On this basis,a low-carbon economic performance evaluation method based on environmental monitoring is proposed.This paper brief ly discusses the problems of low carbon economy,environmental monitoring and environmental protection,analyzes the needs of environmental protection supervision under the condition of low carbon economy,discusses the relationship between environmental protection and environmental monitoring,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for environmental protection under the background of low carbon economy,so as to provide reference for the sustainable development of China.
