摘要
为了加强对农业污水分散式处理设施的运维与监管,提高巡检养护等日常工作的效率,本研究结合GIS、移动互联网、GPS等技术设计实现了农村污水处理设施智能化运维系统,打通了农村污水处理设施集中监控平台政府监管、第三方运维、群众及各方用户之间的线上沟通渠道,实现了运维维度的跨越,使政府监管考核有据可依、群众参与满意度提升.
Abstract
In order to enhance the operation and maintenance of decentralized agricultural sewage treatment facilities,as well as improve the efficiency of daily tasks such as inspection and maintenance,this study integrates GIS,mobile Internet,GPS,and other technologies to develop and implement an intelligent system for operating and maintaining rural sewage treatment facilities.It opened up the online communication channels between the government supervision,third-party operation and maintenance of the centralized monitoring platform for rural sewage treatment facilities,and the users of the masses,realizing the crossing of the operation and maintenance dimensions,the government supervision and assessment have evidence to rely on,and the satisfaction of the masses'participation has been improved.
