微生物协同植物修复土壤中重金属的研究

摘要
重金属的土壤污染问题在全球范围内无处不在,并且已被认为是最严重的环境挑战之一.有毒金属可以在农业土壤中不断积累并进入食物链,不仅对粮食安全产生影响,还对人类健康构成威胁.根据调查,重金属污染的土壤已占农业污染土壤中的大部分.常规的物理修复方法虽然见效快且便捷,但价格昂贵,对金属毒性低的地区无效.因此,生物修复技术在近年来应用更加广泛.生物修复是一种利用微生物和植物固有的生物学机制根除有害污染物,对受重金属污染的环境进行修复的一种环保且有效的方法.本文讨论了重金属污染的毒性作用以及微生物和植物用于环境修复的机制,强调了微生物协同植物修复在修复土壤重金属污染中的最新研究进展.
Abstract
Soil pollution of heavy metals is ubiquitous and has been considered one of the most serious environmental challenges worldwide.Toxic metals can continuously accumulate in agricultural soil and enter the food chain,not only having an impact on food security,but also posing a threat to human health.According to the survey,heavy metal pollution has accounted for most of the agricultural contaminated soil.Conventional physical methods are quick and convenient,but they are expensive and ineffective in areas with low metal toxicity.Therefore,the application of bioremediation has been more widely used in recent years.Bioremediation is an environmentally friendly and effective method that uses the inherent biological mechanisms of microorganisms and plants to eradicate harmful pollutants and repair the environment contaminated by heavy metals.The toxic effects of heavy metal contamination and the mechanisms of microorganisms and plants for environmental remediation are discussed.The recent development of microbial synergistic phytoremediation in repairing soil heavy metals pollution is highlighted.
