摘要
随着经济的快速发展,产业园区在经济中扮演着越来越重要的角色.在产业园区规划阶段,环境影响评价(EIA)工作具有举足轻重的作用.本文旨在探讨"三线一单"在产业园区规划环境影响评价中的应用与实践,为产业园区规划的可持续发展提供一定的理论支持.
Abstract
With the rapid development of economy,industrial parks play an increasingly important role in Chinese economy.In the planning stage of industrial park,environmental impact assessment(EIA)plays an important role.This paper aim to discuss the application and practice of three lines and one order in the environmental impact assessment of industrial park planning,and provide certain theoretical support for the sustainable development of industrial park planning in China.
