摘要
随着水环境污染问题的日益突出,越来越多的水环境治理项目应运而生.水环境治理项目具有异于其他项目的特点,总体实施难度较大,现阶段实施水平较低.本文从规划设计、现场施工、后续运维等几方面进行分析,做好该类项目的全生命周期管理,从而降低项目的各类风险,实现治理目标.
Abstract
The problem of water environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent,and more and more water environmental governance projects have emerged at the historic moment.Water environmental governance project has different characteristics from other projects,the overall implementation is more difficult,the current implementation level is low.This paper analyzed from the aspects of planning and design,site construction and subsequent operation and maintenance,and did a good job in the whole life cycle management of such projects,reduced various risks of projects and achieves governance goals.
