Environmental management and emission control of power plants are crucial for mitigating the adverse effects of their operations.This article first explores the importance of environmental management and emission control,as well as environmental issues related to power plant operation,including air and water pollution control and solid waste management.Subsequently,strategies were proposed to alleviate these issues,such as advanced emission control technologies,integration of renewable energy,and improved waste management practices,which,through adopting a holistic approach,contribute to achieving a sustainable and clean energy future.
