本文讲述了某涂装企业烘干车间排放的高浓度、小风量有机废气,采用蓄热焚烧(RTO)装置焚烧后实现达标排放的工程案例.项目实施后,该套系统运行稳定,RTO处理率达 99%左右,保障了待处理有机废气的达标排放.
Abstract
This paper describes an engineering case in which high concentration and low air volume organic waste gas discharged from drying workshop of a painting enterprise is incinerated by thermal storage incineration(RTO)device to achieve standard discharge.After the implementation of the project,the system runs stably,and the RTO treatment rate is about 99%,ensuring the standard emission of organic waste gas to be treated.
