流域水环境污染生态修复关键工艺研究

摘要
文章阐述了流域水环境污染生态修复模型的构建与实证表达,重点探讨了流域水环境污染生态修复的关键工艺:一是人工增氧工艺;二是微生物处理工艺;三是水体自净化工艺;四是原位及异位修复工艺;五是投放复合微生物菌剂工艺;六是水环境植物修复工艺.水环境污染在流域中是一个复杂的问题,需要从多方面进行处理.相关机构应协调流域管理与区域管理,并综合运用经济、法律和行政手段有效解决这些问题,并转变水污染防治思路,依据各个流域水体的功能和水资源(或水环境)的承载力,实施取水、排污许可制度及用水总量和污染物入河总量控制,并设立总量控制指标和水环境质量评估制度.
Abstract
This paper described the construction and empirical expression of ecological restoration model of water pollution in river basin,and focused on the key processes of ecological restoration of water pollution in river basin:first,artificial oxygenation process;The second was the microbial treatment technology;Third,water self-purification technology;The fourth was in situ and ectopic repair technology;Fifth,the technology of putting compound microbial agent;The sixth was the water environment phytoremediation technology.Water environment pollution is a complicated problem in river basin,which needs to be dealt with in many aspects.The relevant agencies should coordinate watershed management with regional management and use a combination of economic,legal and administrative means to effectively address these issues,and change the idea of water pollution prevention and control,according to the function of each basin water body and the carrying capacity of water resources(or water environment),the implementation of water intake,sewage permit system and total water consumption and pollutants into the river total control,and the establishment of total control indicators and water environment quality assessment system.
