摘要
本研究通过对NRMM排放控制与管理策略的深入研究,从排放现状、国际政策对比和政策效果评估等方面进行了综合分析.在国际NRMM排放管理政策方面,比较了欧洲、北美和亚太地区的经验,归纳出制定严格的排放标准、实施阶段性规定和推广清洁能源技术等共同点.通过对各国政策执行情况、空气质量改善效果和行业经济影响的分析,得出了一系列有益的政策建议,包括加强排放标准、推动清洁技术创新和强化监管力度.
Abstract
Through in-depth study of NRMM emission control and management strategy,this study comprehensively analyzesd the emission status,international policy comparison and policy effect evaluation.In the aspect of international NRMM emission management policy,the experiences of Europe,North America and Asia-Pacific region were compared,and the common points such as formulating strict emission standards,implementing phased regulations and popularizing clean energy technologies were summarized.Through the analysis of policy implementation,air quality improvement effect and industry economic impact in various countries,a series of beneficial policy suggestions were obtained,including strengthening emission standards,promoting clean technology innovation and strengthening supervision.
