Discussion on the Application of"Exchange Space for Time"Emergency Response Thinking for Sudden Water Environment Pollution in Guizhou
The terrain in Guizhou Province is complex, with significant differences in terrain, climate, and other factors in different regions. The river types in the region are diverse, with turbulent rivers and abundant karst exposure. It is one of the most typical karst landforms in the world.Due to the complexity of hydrogeology, once a sudden environmental event occurs, pollution will quickly spread and emergency response will be difficult. On the basis of the Technical Guidelines for the Implementation of Environmental Emergency""Nanyang Practice"for Sudden Water Pollution Incidents in Watersheds and in combination with the typical terrain and landforms of Guizhou Province, this article explored the application of the"Nanyang Practice"approach of"exchanging space for time"in Guizhou.Suggestions were made based on the actual situation in Guizhou, providing reference for finding space and determining plans in the application process of"Nanyang Practice"in Guizhou.
