摘要

在高浓度含氰废水的预处理工程中,本研究通过分析不同的加盐量、电流、反应时间,来确定电化学工艺最适合的反应条件.实际运行数据分析表明,在CN-浓度为 1 730 mg/L、电化学反应区容积为 500 L、反应时间为 3.0 h、极板电流为 1.0 A、加盐量为 4 g的情况下,含氰废水出水中的氰化物含量可降到 60 mg/L左右,去除率达 96%以上.

Abstract

In the pre-treatment engineering of high concentration cyanide containing wastewater,the most suitable reaction conditions for the electrochemical process are determined by analyzing different salt addition amounts,currents,and reaction times.Through actual operation data analysis,it is shown that under the condition of CN-concentration of 1 730 mg/L,electrochemical reaction zone volume of 500 L,reaction time of 3.0 h,electrode current of 1.0 A,and salt addition of 4 g,the cyanide content in the effluent of cyanide containing wastewater can be reduced to about 60 mg/L,with a removal rate of over 96%.
