摘要
本研究首先阐明了井喷风险的定义、特征以及与环境保护相关的实例,然后分析了井喷风险管理对环境保护的重要性,最后把研究重点放在基于环境保护的井喷风险管理上,分成识别和评估、风险缓解两部分内容.希望通过研究明确井喷风险和环境保护之间的关系并提示井喷风险管理的要点,旨在构建安全的作业环境,同时最大限度地降低作业活动对环境的影响.
Abstract
This study first clarifies the definition,characteristics,and examples related to environmental protection of blowout risk.Then,it analyzes the importance of blowout risk management for environmental protection.Finally,the research focuses on blowout risk management based on environmental protection,which is divided into two parts:identification and evaluation,and risk mitigation.I hope to clarify the relationship between blowout risk and environmental protection through research and provide key points for blowout risk management,aiming to build a safe working environment while minimizing the impact of work activities on the environment.
