浅谈"无废城市"理念下的我国环境监管

摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,资源浪费和环境污染问题日益突出.为了更好地改善环境质量,实现可持续化发展,我国在环境监管中应用"无废城市"理念,使部分试点的建设取得了阶段性成效,但仍存在着很多问题,影响着我国环境监管的质量和效果.因此,本文先对我国无废城市理念进行探索,然后分析我国环境监管中应用无废城市理念时存在的问题,并结合实际问题提出合理化的创新策略,为我国环境监管提供了借鉴和参考.
Abstract
With the rapid development of China's economy,the problems of resource waste and environmental pollution have become increasingly prominent.In order to better improve the environmental quality and achieve sustainable development,China has applied the concept of"waste-free city"in environmental supervision,and some of the pilot construction has achieved phased results,but there are still many problems,which affect the quality and effect of China's environmental supervision.Therefore,this paper first explores the concept of waste-free city in China,then analyzes the problems existing in the application of waste-free city concept in the Chinese environmental supervision,and puts forward reasonable innovation strategies combined with the actual problems,so as to provide reference and reference for the environmental supervision in China.
