浅析催化裂化烟气中NOx的形成与治理

本文分析了重叠两段再生催化裂化装置外排烟气中NOx的形成原因,并结合南方某炼油厂催化裂化装置,提出了采用原油加工、操作调整和运用助剂三种措施治理降氮.最后对两种脱硝助剂进行了比较,找到更适用于该炼油厂脱硝使用的助剂.
Analysis of the Formation and Treatment of NOx in Catalytic Cracking Flue Gas
This article analyzes the reasons for the formation of NOx in the exhaust gas of an overlapping two-stage regeneration catalytic cracking unit.And combined with the catalytic cracking unit of a refinery in the south,three measures were proposed to treat nitrogen reduction,including crude oil processing,operation adjustment,and the use of additives.Finally,a comparison was made between the two types of denitration additives,and a more suitable additive for the denitration used in the refinery was determined.
