摘要
为推动常州市新北区"无废城市"的建设,本文根据环统数据,对常州市新北区一般工业固体废物的产生和综合利用情况进行了研究.研究发现,常州市新北区一般工业固体废物的综合利用还存在管理体制、产业政策、市场激励机制、综合利用标准等方面的不足,在综合利用方面还有很大发展空间.根据影响因素完善普通工业固废管理制度,建立企业联盟、发展绿色生产、提高科技支撑能力、完善分类回收系统,为"无废城市"建设提供了一条新的思路.
Abstract
In order to promote the construction of"waste-free city"in Xinbei District of Changzhou City,this paper studied the generation and comprehensive utilization of general industrial solid waste in Xinbei District of Changzhou City based on environmental data.It is found that the comprehensive utilization of general industrial solid waste in Xinbei District of Changzhou City still has deficiencies in management system,industrial policy,market incentive mechanism,comprehensive utilization standards,etc.,and there is still a lot of room for development in comprehensive utilization.According to the influencing factors,improve the general industrial solid waste management system,establishing enterprise alliances,developing green production,improving scientific and technological support capabilities,and improving the classification and recycling system,it provides a new idea for the construction of a"waste-free city".
