Research on Energy Saving and Green Chemical Production Technology in Chemical Enterprises
This paper mainly discusses the application of green chemical technology in chemical enterprises.First,the significance of green chemical technology is introduced,and its role in sustainable development is discussed.Then,different aspects of energy saving and green generation technology in chemical enterprises are introduced,including green chemical catalyst,supercritical fluid chemical technology,waste heat recovery and water reuse.In this paper,the application of reclaimed water reuse has been deeply discussed.Firstly,the basic concept and application cases of reclaimed water reuse technology are introduced,and then the background,quality of incoming and outbound water,process flow and operation cost per ton of reclaimed water reuse project of a chemical enterprise are introduced in detail.The feasibility and advantages of reclaimed water reuse technology in chemical enterprises are illustrated by examples,which can provide reference for other related enterprises.In the future,we need to further explore the innovative application of green chemical technology to promote the chemical industry to achieve more sustainable development.
