煤化工废水"零排放"技术要点及存在问题探究

近年来,我国一直在深入研究煤炭行业的废水处理,寻求煤化工废水的"零排放",全面回收废水,防止二次污染,包括预处理、生物处理、深度处理和回收利用.预处理可以去除非溶解性颗粒,生物处理是利用微生物降解有机物,深度处理是采用吸附、离子交换等方法处理污水,使其达到污水排放标准.我国在这方面的研究虽然取得了一定的进展,但挑战仍很多,如技术不成熟,成本高,部分废水处理困难,且含有微量重金属、难降解有机物等,对生态环境造成了严重危害,因而亟需创新、高效、安全的煤化工废水"零排放"处理技术.
Research on Key Points and Existing Problems of"Zero Discharge"Technology for Coal Chemical Wastewater
In recent years,China has been deeply studying the treatment of wastewater in the coal industry,seeking the"zero discharge"of coal chemical wastewater,comprehensively recycling wastewater,and preventing secondary pollution,including pre-treatment,biological treatment,advanced treatment and recycling.Pretreatment can remove unless dissolved particles,biological treatment is the use of microorganisms to degrade organic matter,deep treatment using adsorption,ion exchange and other methods to treat sewage,so that it meets the sewage discharge standards.Although China has made some progress in this regard,there are still many challenges,such as immature technology,high cost,some wastewater treatment difficulties,and containing trace heavy metals,difficult to degrade organic matter,which cause serious harm to the ecological environment,so it is urgent to innovate,efficient and safe coal chemical wastewater"zero discharge"treatment technology.
