摘要
水环境治理和水生态修复是现阶段备受关注和重视的社会焦点问题,这对于推动我国的可持续发展、保护水资源都会起到至关重要的作用.而河长制的有效推行可以为水环境治理和水生态修复提供制度支持,保障水环境治理与水生态修复的效果.本文也将目光集中于此,主要从河长制推行的意义、河长制水环境治理与水生态修复现状、水环境修复与河长制治理的落实路径等多个角度展开论述,希望本文的探讨和分析可以为水环境治理与修复以及相关河长提供更多的参考与帮助.
Abstract
Water environment management and water ecological restoration are the social focus issues that have attracted much attention at this stage,this will play a crucial role in promoting China's sustainable development and protecting water resources.The effective implementation of the river chief system can provide institutional support for water environment management and water ecological restoration,ensure the effect of water environment management and water ecological restoration.This article also focuses on this point,mainly from the significance of the implementation of river chief system,the current situation of river chief water environment management and water ecological restoration,the implementation path of water environment restoration and management of river chief system,it is hoped that the discussion and analysis of this article can provide more reference and help for water environment governance and restoration as well as related river chiefs.
