摘要
固体废物管理在减少温室气体排放和实现可持续发展目标方面发挥着重要作用.本文从固体废物与碳排放基础知识入手,重点论述了固体废物利用技术与处置技术的研究进展,以及固体废物利用与处置对碳排放的影响,并对固体废物碳排放管理政策与规范进行分析,以期为相关人士提供借鉴.
Abstract
Solid waste management plays an important role in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.Starting with the basic knowledge of solid waste and carbon emission,this paper focused on the research progress of solid waste utilization technology and disposal technology,as well as the impact of solid waste utilization and disposal on carbon emission,and analyzed the management policies and norms of solid waste carbon emission,in order to provide reference for relevant people.
