Study on the Treatment Process of Chlorobenzene Sulfone Production Wastewater
Fine chemical production wastewater has the characteristics of high chemical oxygen demand(CODCr),strong acidity,high salinity,high toxicity and poor biochemical properties,which is one of the difficult problems faced by wastewater treatment.At present,most of the wastewater treatment methods are mixed treatment of wastewater in the park,without cleaning and diverting,which leads to complicated components of the subsequent wastewater,high treatment cost and poor treatment effect.Combined with recent research results and actual conditions at home and abroad,this paper takes SO3 acidic chlorobenzene wastewater produced in a single workshop chlorophenone production workshop as the research object,studies the wastewater treatment process,and provides reference for the targeted treatment of wastewater.
