探讨双碳背景下生态环境监测在环境管理中的重要性

摘要
随着全球工业化和城市化的不断加速,气候变化和环境污染问题日益严重,给人类社会和生态系统带来了极大的压力和挑战.同时,国际社会也逐渐意识到碳排放的危害性和环境保护的重要性,中国由此提出了碳达峰和碳中和的双碳战略.如何更好地在双碳背景下运用生态环境监测手段,使环境管理更好地服务于"双碳"目标是本文探讨的主要内容,也希望通过本文的论述,为其他生态环境监测者提供更多有利的帮助.
Abstract
With the continuous acceleration of global industrialization and urbanization,climate change and environmental pollution are becoming increasingly serious,bringing great pressure and challenges to human society and ecosystems.At the same time,the international community is becoming increasingly aware of the harmfulness of carbon emissions and the importance of environmental protection,which has led China to propose a dual carbon strategy of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.By establishing a sound monitoring network,improving monitoring technology,and promoting public participation and social supervision,measures can help the development of ecological monitoring in environmental management.
