摘要
为了更好地了解当下脱硫废水零排放技术的工艺,本文通过对脱硫废水技术文献的查阅、检索,阐述了脱硫废水零排放预处理、浓缩减量及干燥固化三个阶段的技术原理、分类、流程及优缺点等.通过对各电厂的实地调研,阐述并分析了当代电厂的技术现状.结果表明,浓缩和固化等技术均有自身的优势和短板,且均有较高的社会效益;浓缩热源宜采用余热,采用辅助蒸汽运行成本高;空气浓缩蒸发具有技术先进、运行稳定和成本低等优点,所以不同电厂可根据自身的实况,因地制宜,选择合适的技术工艺方案.
Abstract
In order to better understand the current technical status of zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater,this paper expounds the principle,classification,process,advantages and disadvantages of the three stages of zero discharge pretreatment,concentration reduction and drying and solidification of desulfurization wastewater through the review and retrieval of technical literature on desulfurization wastewater.Through the field investigation of each power plant,the technical status of contemporary power plants is analyzed and expounded.The results show that the six types of technologies of concentration and solidification have their own advantages and shortcomings,and all have high social benefits;waste heat should be used as the concentrated heat source,and the operation cost of auxiliary steam should be high;air concentration and evaporation have the advantages of advanced technology,stable operation and low cost,so different power plants can choose appropriate technical and technological solutions according to their own actual conditions and local conditions.
